Ruzzini Palace Hotel Venice

Ruzzini Palace Hotel

Located just 1.3 km from Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti, the smoke-free Ruzzini Palace Hotel Venice offers air-conditioned rooms just 14 minutes' walk from the wide Canal Grande. The 4-star hotel has views of the sea and features Wi-Fi in public areas.

The hotel is nestled in Castello with casual bars where locals stop in for a glass of wine, 700 metres from business venues like St Mark's Clocktower and a stone's throw from Libraria Aqua Alta Bookshop. The Ruzzini Venice is nearly 5 minutes on foot from the Gothic church "Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo" and 5 km from Marco Polo airport. Guests will also appreciate the vicinity to Royal Gardens of Venice, located 900 metres away. The public Ca' Rezzonico Museum lies 1.5 km away. Due to a location near a train station, Ruzzini Palace Hotel gives quick access to other parts of Venice.

Equipped with an individual safe, some of the 35 rooms feature sound-proofed windows along with a writing desk. Guests can make use of a mini-bar, tea and coffee making equipment, and relax with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Private bathrooms include a bidet and a walk-in shower, as well as such comforts as bathrobes and towels.

A delicious breakfast is served daily at the Ruzzini. The lounge bar is ideal for a relaxing drink. Choose from an unlimited choice of Italian dishes at Trattoria Al Gazzettino which is in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Efficient service, FAB location and buffet breakfast. The staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival.

The bathroom was a little old.

Only 10 min walk to downtown. We took an attic double room and it had a mini bar, satellite television and a writing desk.

The hotel was tidy. Basium, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the property. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and strongly recommend it to family and friends. Wonderful base for a vacation in Venice.

Nothing it was perfect.
